Justin was working on a degree in information technology, when he received a call from Onshore asking him to come in for an interview. That interview changed Justin’s life and in just two years, he has gone from being a team member to a team lead and is now a service manager.
Justin wears two hats at Onshore. He performs database work for his primary client and manages two other clients. In his managerial role, he interacts with the team lead and builds up skills sets, troubleshoots issues and pushes the team to meet goals.
The collaborative, team-oriented environment that provides the opportunity to grow and help others grow is what Justin enjoys so much at Onshore. Since he started with Onshore in Glennville, he has also seen Onshore grow from around 30 people to well over a hundred — growth that Justin finds inspirational and motivational.
