Leo Perez, Client Services

 

Leo brings more than 25 years of experience as the leader of various customer service organizations. He has continually focused on operational excellence and improving the customer experience. He began his career in education before entering the business sector. During his management career, he has provided senior leadership for Fortunate 500 organizations in customer service, training and implementation, procurement, IT services and client relations.

He joined the Onshore Outsourcing team in 2016 and oversees the client service desks, which deliver an exceptional customer service experience while building long-term business relations. Leo’s proven track record reflects his passion for teaching, working and developing employees to excel beyond their potential. He holds a B.S from Texas State University and an M.E. degree from the University of Texas. In his personal time, Leo enjoys traveling, music, sporting events and cooking.
