After serving in the US Army as a Calvary Scout, Chris returned to the states and found work running a retail store. Looking to build a lifelong career, Chris then became a Police Officer. When he learned about opportunities at Onshore in 2012, he had not realized high tech, long-term jobs like this existed so close to where he lived.
Now Chris manages a group of 50 software developers and QA testers. He enjoys helping others learn the industry and the daily interaction with his colleagues. He has been able to develop his natural leadership abilities as a manager, mentor, leader and co-worker. Chris has made a fulfilling career at Onshore without having to leave the community he loves.
