Wesley Newsom, Client Engagements



Wesley Newsom joined Onshore Outsourcing in 2017 to enhance the relationship between Onshore and its clients. His responsibilities include overseeing the Engagement Management, Marketing and Business Development teams. With a degree in Business Information Systems and 15 years of experience in the IT field, Wesley’s background is based in delivering hardware and software solutions.


Wesley was drawn to Onshore Outsourcing because of the company’s mission to revitalize small-town America and to provide opportunities to the untapped talent in our rural communities.  Onshore is able to provide unmatched value to corporations looking for talented and reliable software developers, quality assurance testers and service desk agents. Wesley’s teams are focused on matching Onshore’s capabilities with the needs of our clients by demonstrating the value that Onshore provides and acting as consultants to our clients to ensure that we are providing the right solution for them. Wesley lives in the metro Atlanta area with his a wife and two children.
